We’re thrilled to have you as a Podcastle user- welcome to the community!

Regardless of your package, all users are welcome to contact our dedicated Support Team for personalized assistance. To contact us, please email [email protected] or click the black and white chat icon, located in the bottom left corner of your Podcastle account.

When engaging with our team, we kindly ask that you abide by the following community guidelines, and we will be sure to do the same:

  1. Respectful Communication: Always communicate with courtesy and respect. Abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated.

  2. Clear and Concise Requests: Clearly describe your issue or question. Providing as much relevant detail as possible helps the support team assist you more efficiently.

  3. Follow-Up Appropriately: If your issue requires follow-up, be patient and allow time for the support team to respond. Avoid sending multiple messages about the same issue in a short period.

  4. Privacy Matters: Do not share sensitive personal information such as passwords, credit card details, or personal contact information in your messages.

  5. Provide Feedback: Constructive feedback is welcome and encouraged. It helps improve Podcastle’s platform and services.

  6. Report Bugs: If you encounter a bug, provide detailed steps on how to reproduce it. This helps the development team address the issue more effectively.

  7. Be Patient and Understanding: The support team is here to help, but some issues may take time to resolve. Patience and understanding are appreciated.

  8. Acknowledge Solutions: If your issue is resolved, acknowledge the support provided. This helps the support team know their assistance was effective.
