What’s Podcastle’s Refund Policy?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Podcastle’s refund policy depends on how you started your subscription—whether you began with a free trial or upgraded directly.

Here’s how it works:

If You Started with a Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial on all annual subscription plans so you can explore Podcastle before committing. You can cancel any time during the trial period from your subscription page, and no charges will be applied if you cancel before the trial ends. To help you stay informed, we’ll also send an email 48 hours before your trial ends and your first payment is processed.

Once your subscription is charged after the trial ends, we’re unable to issue refunds. Make sure to monitor your trial period and billing dates to avoid any unwanted charges.

Please note: Trials are currently available in select regions. If you don’t see the trial option during checkout, it might not be available in your country just yet.

If You Upgraded Directly (Without a Free Trial)

If you didn’t start with a trial and upgraded to a paid plan directly, you’re eligible for a 7-day refund window. This means you can request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by reaching out to our support team at [email protected].

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Subscriptions canceled before the end of the term are not refunded.

  • We don’t offer prorated refunds for partially used services.

Note: Podcastle may update or discontinue its trial or refund offers at any time, without notice.
