Once your podcast is published, you can submit it to Apple Podcasts by following these steps:
In the left-hand panel of your dashboard, go to the Shows section.
Click on the show you want to submit.
On the show page, locate your RSS feed link in the upper right corner and copy it.
Sign in to your Apple Podcasts Connect account.
Paste your RSS feed into the required field to submit your show for review.
Apple will automatically pull in your show details from the RSS feed. Once submitted, it may take a few days for your podcast to be reviewed and approved.
