When using the Audio Editor, you can use the following keyboard shortcuts to streamline and simplify your workflow.

Soundboard shortcuts:

  • Play/Pause - spacebar

  • Zoom in - I

  • Zoom out - O

  • Autoscroll - A

  • Seek left / right - left arrow/right arrow

  • Scroll - shift+scroll


Clip shortcuts:

  • Record - shift + R

  • Undo - ctrl/cmd + Z

  • Redo - ctrl/cmd + shift + Z

  • Duplicate - shift + D

  • Upload - shift + U

  • Delete - delete

  • Mute - shift + M

  • Multiple clip select - ctrl/cmd + click


Track shortcuts:

  • Create new track - shift + T

  • Delete track - shift + delete

  • Mute track - M

  • Lock track - F


Cursor tools:

  • Selection (regular cursor) - 1

  • Split cursor - 2 or hold S

  • Commenting - C

  • Range cursor (select a section to delete) - 3

  • Mute cursor (select a track(s) to mute) - 4

  • ESC - to reset back to regular cursor
