Our workspaces are designed to support seamless collaboration and iterative workflows among creative teams. Understanding how premium plans work is essential for managing members and billing within your workspace.
Adding Members to a Workspace
Once a workspace is created, members can be invited to collaborate. Each member is assigned a role, which determines their level of access and permissions.
To invite Admins, Creators, or Reviewers to a workspace, the workspace Owner must be on a premium plan.
For every Admin, Creator, or Reviewer added to the workspace, an additional seat is added to the owner’s subscription. All added seats must match the Owner’s current plan tier.
If the workspace Owner is on a Pro plan, every Admin or Creator added will also be on the Pro plan. If the Owner chooses to upgrade to Business, all premium members in the workspace must be upgraded to Business as well.
Billing Cycles and Proration
The workspace owner can choose between monthly or annual billing. The selected billing cycle applies to all members in the workspace.
If the workspace is on an annual billing cycle and new members are added later, their seats will be prorated based on how much time has passed since the start of the Owner’s billing period.
Who Can Add Members
In addition to the workspace Owner, Admins also have permission to invite new Admins, Creators, and Reviewers. Any new seats added will be charged to the original payment method on file for the workspace.
