Podcastle creators can cancel their subscription plans at any time. Please note that your account will be downgraded to the Basic plan at the end of your current billing cycle, however, you will retain access to all premium features until then.
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Log into your Podcastle account and navigate to the workspace subscription you wish to cancel. To switch between the Personal and Team Workspaces, you can click on the icons located on the left side of the home screen. Each icon represents a different workspace.
Navigate to Billing & Plans. Click on the three dots next to the Change Plan button and select Cancel Subscription.
Confirm by clicking on Cancel Subscription.
After cancellation, you will continue to enjoy all premium features until the end of your billing cycle. You will also receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
