Here is how to apply a coupon code:

If you are upgrading from a Basic Plan to a Storyteller or Pro plan:

1) Go to "Billing and plans" from your settings.

2) Choose the plan you want to purchase and select "Credit Card" (Note: PayPal does not support coupon code applications).

3) Scroll down until you see "Gift card or discount code."

4) Add your coupon code in the designated field and click on "Apply" before proceeding with the payment to ensure the discount is applied.

If you are upgrading from one premium plan to another:

1) Click on the "Upgrade" button.

2) Click on the last 4 digits of the initial payment method.

3) Re-enter the card information used previously.

4) Scroll down until you see "Gift card or discount code."

5) Input your coupon code in the provided space and click on "Apply" before continuing with the payment.

If you are applying a coupon code for an upcoming billing cycle:

1) Go to "Billing and Plans" from your settings.

2) Click on the three dots next to your subscription plan.

3) Select "Apply coupon."

4) Enter the coupon code and click on "Apply." The discount will be applied during your next billing cycle.
