There are two different ways to export your transcript from Podcastle:
Exporting your transcript within Text Mode
From within Text Mode, click the Export button, where you can choose to export your transcript as a PDF or Doc.
Append a summary of the transcript. Auto-generates a brief summary of the recording, which will be included at the top of the export.
Convert Highlights into Bold. If your audio was recorded within Podcastle and highlights were added during the recording or editing process, this will show all highlighted words as bolded when the transcript is exported.
Add speaker separation. If the recording includes more than 1 speaker, toggling this feature on will include separate lines for each speaker.
After your selections have been made, click Confirm to export the transcript file.
Exporting your transcript within the Audio Editor
From within the audio editor, you can export the transcript in the same way that the audio project is exported.
Click on the Export button, located in the top right corner of your Podcastle account.
Indicate the designated format.
Toggle on the Transcript Options and indicate the Language, Format, Number of speakers, and Episode Summary
Click Export to generate your transcript.
