Adjusting the duration of a timeline asset refers to altering the length of time that a specific clip, image, audio, or effect appears within your video project.

To adjust the duration of a timeline asset:

2. Upload an image or add text to your video. The image or text will be added as a new track on the timeline.

3. To change the duration of how long the text or image will appear on your video, drag the track to expand to the length of time you’d like for it to appear in your project.

4. To move it on the timeline, click and drag the track to the desired spot.
