Podcastle’s video layering functionality allows you to stack multiple video, audio, and/or images on top of each other in the timeline, creating separate layers for each element.
To add a layer to your video project:
Open a video project or create a new video project and navigate to Files.
Upload a video file or image.
Your video or image will be uploaded as a new track, and you can immediately begin using Podcastle’s AI video tools.

You can use the basic editing tools to edit each layer as needed.
Uploading an image to your project? You can adjust the image’s duration on the timeline.
Adding a second layer of your current project is a great way to add to the lower thirds of your video and achieve a “talking head” effect.
