What is hands up and how do I use it?
Updated this week

The “raise hand” feature allows guests to signal that they have something to say without interrupting the current speaker. This feature provides the host with the ability to manage input from guests more effectively, ensuring everyone has a chance to contribute while maintaining the structure and pacing of the recording session.

Using the hand raise feature as a guest

Hover over the hand icon to indicate to the host that you would like to speak. This will send a notification to the host.

Note: Guests can only lower their own hand and cannot lower the hands of others.

Viewing hand raises as a host

Hand raise notifications will appear in the bottom right corner of the studio and are only viewable by the host. Additionally, the host can open the participant panel to view the full queue of raised hands. The list will display the raised hands in the order they were raised, from first to last.

The host has the ability to lower hands after they have been acknowledged or addressed.
