Getting Started
Download the Podcastle app on your iPhone.
Note: The app is currently available on iOS only and is not compatible with iPads.
Create a studio to start recording.
Before you can begin, you'll need to create a studio. Tap the plus (+) icon on the home screen, give your studio a title, and choose whether it’s a video or audio recording. Once your studio is set up, tap Enter studio to start your recording session.Start recording now or schedule it for later.
You can begin recording right away or schedule it for a later time that works best for you.To start your recording session, click on Enter Studio.
Prepare your setup.
To end the recording, click on End and then tap on End session for everyone. If you would like to leave the recording but have others continue, click Leave studio.
After Recording
All your recordings are saved in the My Files tab under Recordings.
To listen back, tap the three dots next to your file and select Create a project.
Head to the Projects tab to open and preview your recording.
To edit your recording, log in to your account via the Podcastle web platform: all your mobile projects will be there, ready to go.
Voice Cloning
You can also create your own digital voice skin directly from the Podcastle app. Just tap the Voice Cloning icon located in the bottom right corner of your screen to get started.
The app will guide you through recording a short voice sample; make sure you're in a quiet space for the best results. Once submitted, your voice will be processed and turned into a custom voice clone that sounds just like you. Later, you can use it to convert any written text into audio in your own voice.
💥Tips & Tricks💥
Avoid closing the app while you're recording.
After recording, wait for the file to fully upload before exiting.
If the app was closed before the upload finished, reopen it and stay in the app until the upload is complete.
