Did you know that you can schedule remote recording sessions in Podcastle, and automatically link it to your Google Calendar? It's a seamless way to plan your workflow, collaborate with your team, and ensure a smooth experience for your guests.
From the Podcastle home screen, navigate to the Recording planner and click the black Schedule button. For the smoothest experience, we recommend linking your Google Calendar. This will automatically send calendar invites with the studio link to your guests.
Enter the title of your planned recording session, select the Studio, indicate the date and time, and add the email address of up to 10 guests. You can choose to include a message here as well, which will appear on the automatic email invitation.
Click Schedule to save the session and send the email invitation to your guests.
Your invited guests will receive the following email invitation:

All users who attempt to enter the studio outside of the scheduled time will need to be admitted by the host.
The only way for a recording to begin is to for the host to press the record button.
All events will disappear from the Scheduled Event list after the event time has passed
