A change to your plans, technical adjustment, or content adjustment might require you to delete a planned recording. You can do this from the Recording Planner or from within Studios.
Deleting from the Recording Planner:
Navigate to the Recording Planner.
Click on the three dots to the far right of the event.
Click Delete and confirm your selection.
Deleting from the Studios tab:
Navigate to the Studios tab.
Select the Planned recordings dropdown.
Click on the three dots to the far right of the event.
Select Delete and confirm your selection.

Once a planned recording has been deleted, the action cannot be undone.
The above action cancels the recording session but does NOT delete the static studio link. If you would like to delete a studio, please follow these instructions.
Invited guests will receive an automated cancellation email as soon as the planned recording has been deleted.
