💥Tips & Tricks💥
Only customers subscribed to the Business plan can create and manage multiple studios within their Podcastle workspace.
The default studio name will be “Username’s studio” (i.e. Jane’s Studio), but feel free to name your studio to match your podcast or show (i.e. Jane’s Culinary Creation Show). You can change your studio name at any time, so don’t get too tied up here.
The studio Description will only be visible to the host and their team members if it’s a Team Workspace.
Toggling on the Admit/Deny guests means that all guests will need to be approved by the host before they can enter the studio.
This is toggled on by default. If toggled off, it means that guests will be automatically admitted if:
They have been invited to the scheduled recording.
It is the time of the scheduled recording.
The guest has a Podcastle account.
