When using our Podcastle, you may encounter prompts from your browser to grant browser permissions, such as access to your microphone or camera.

To ensure you can effortlessly continue your recording session, please click on the lock symbol in the upper left corner of your browser and turn on the necessary permissions.

And don't forget to log into your Podcastle account using Google Chrome and avoid using Incognito/Private mode. You’ll also want to verify that only one Podcastle tab is open on your browser.
