If you need to update or change your payment method, follow these steps:
Log in to your Podcastle account and click on your profile icon, located in the top-right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select Billing and Plans.
Under the Payment Method section, click on Change and update your card details as needed.
Switching from PayPal to a Credit Card:
If your current payment method is PayPal and you’d like to switch to a credit card, you will need to cancel your current subscription plan first. Once your current subscription is canceled, resubscribe using your credit card as the payment method instead of PayPal.
