If your guest’s recording is not loading, it might be because they had closed their app/browser before it was fully uploaded on their end. But no worries, you can send them a recovery link.
Here is how:
1) Click on the three dots next to their recording and select Copy Link.
2) Send the link to your guest and ask them to open it using the device/browser they initially used.
3) After they open the link, they should wait until they see their recording is 100% loaded.
4) Once they are done, you will also see the recording fully loaded on your end.
