Autoscroll is an Audio Editor feature that automatically moves the waveform or timeline as you play or edit an audio project. As the play head progresses through the track, the display follows along, allowing you to view and edit the section that is currently being played in real-time.

This is particularly useful when working on long recordings, as it saves you from manually scrolling through the project while making adjustments, ensuring that you always see the active part of the audio without losing focus on where you are in the timeline.

Autoscroll is turned on for all the tracks in the Audio Editor. It automatically scrolls, so the part that is being played is always visible.

You can toggle the feature on and off by selecting the Autoscroll icon, located in the top left corner of the Audio Editor.
