There are two types of workspaces in which you can create Podcastle projects - Personal and Team Workspaces.

The Personal Workspace is designed for individual users and is created automatically upon opening a Podcastle account. You can easily create, edit, and publish content within the Personal Workspace using the Recording Studio, Audio Editor, Video Editor, and Hosting Hub.

Team Workspaces are tailored for collaborative work enabling multiple team members to work together in a shared environment. This enables seamless project sharing, collaborative editing, commenting, and quick iteration for ongoing projects. Within the Team Workspace, you can invite team members with distinct roles: Viewers, Creators, and Admins.

You can add unlimited Viewers to any workspace for free. Please note that adding Creators and Admins to your Team Workspace will require a paid subscription.

To switch between the Personal and Team Workspaces, you can click on the icons located on the left side of the home screen. Each icon represents a different workspace.
