Collaborative editing in the Team Workspace allows team members to work together seamlessly on a project.
To edit a shared project in a Team Workspace:
Log in to your Podcastle account and navigate to your Team Workspace.
Locate the Project or Recording you wish to edit in the workspace’s project list and click on the project to open and begin editing.
Use the Audio Editor or Video Editor to trim, add music, and apply AI effects.
You can leave feedback or suggestions using the comment feature, making collaboration and review easy.
Your edits will automatically save and the changes will be reflected for everyone in the workspace.
💥Tips & Tricks💥
There can only be one active editor within a project at any given time. If a team member is currently editing a project, other members may request editing access to the project, which will require the current editor to grant access to the editing dashboard once they are finished editing.
Owner, Admin, and Creator roles have the ability to edit audio and video projects. Members with Viewer roles can only view and comment on projects.
