Adjusting the volume of an individual clip is essential for achieving a balanced and professional sound in a project.

How to adjust the clip volume in the Audio Editor

  1. Right-click on the clip you wish to amplify and select Show Options.

  2. A menu will pop up on the right side. To adjust volume, pan, or apply effects like the compressor or equalizer to the entire track, go to the Track options.

  1. Right-click on the video clip and select Separate audio.

  2. Click on the audio clip and then select Audio in the toolbar in the top right corner.

  3. You can adjust the clip volume and fade it in and out.
