Entering a studio as a host
As a recording host, there are several different ways to enter the studio.
Navigate to the Studios tab and click Enter studio.
Alternatively, from the homepage, click Create +, then Recording. This will automatically enter you into your default studio.
Also from the homepage, you can click Recording Studio to immediately enter into your default studio.
Inviting users from within the studio
While we typically recommend scheduling recordings in advance, hosts are able to invite guest from within the recording studio. This can be done in 2 different ways:
From within the join page as you prepare to enter the studio.
Select the Copy studio link, which will copy the studio link to your clipboard.
You can paste the link in an email or message to send to your guest(s).
From within the studio.
If you have not yet started the recording, on the far right side of the screen you can select the copy studio link, or click Invite by email to send an automated email invitation.
If you have already started the recording, select Invite, located next to the End button in the top right corner of the studio. Here, you can select the copy studio link, or click Invite by email to send an automated email invitation.
Entering a studio as a guest
As a guest, you may have received a studio invite link via email, or your recording host might have sent the link to you separately. The link will look something like: podcastle.ai/studios/myuniquestudioname.
To enter the studio as a guest:
Navigate to the studio link.
Indicate your Display name, Role (if applicable) and whether or not you are using headphones (we always recommend that you do!)
Click Enter Studio and wait for your host to admit you into the studio.
